02When will I get access?
We bring pharmacies on a few at a time so each one gets proper help. We'll reach out to you on WhatsApp.
03Do I need a computer?
No. Doxa works in your browser on a phone, tablet or laptop. Use whatever you already have at the counter.
04What do I need to get set up?
Your CAC registration, PCN premises licence, your superintendent pharmacist's details and your TIN. We'll guide you through the rest on the call.
05Is my data safe? Can other pharmacies see it?
Your pharmacy's data is private to you. Every pharmacy's records are kept separate, and only the people you add can sign in.
